I am not out of a job. I am looking for a new one. Thanks for the luck.
I would recommend that you go back to school and get a part-time job. To get a good job in your field, you will need a degree. I know your situation well. I had to live with it when I was in school.
I hope everything else is going better in your neck of the woods. I send you and *hugs*.
hey darling ! well, you should go with what you enjoy doing the most. the makeup/cosmotology job sounds wonderful and like lots of fun but if its only your second choice then i dont know sweetie.. . there has to be a job out there so that you can go to school too. is there anyone in the area looking for a part time makeup artist ect.. or a sassy clothing store that wouldnt mind the piercings and hair color ?? desicions decisions ! im so indecisive but i hope i helped a little 's for you beautiful
Well which do you love more? Graphic Design or Cosmotology ? That's what you need to decside. Or you could try and some free lance graphic Design on the side of you cosmotogly gig
keep looking for another job as a graphic designer,... do not give up on school. Not good to do.
What do you love doing best? Also, if you stop the technology changes so fast... I would be worried. That is why I am still in regardless of the shit that goes down...
just a thought. do what makes you happy.

i would go with the salon but i think i would still fool around with the graphic design in my spare time just to kinda keep up with it in case you need something to fall back on at one point.
Ugh, I'm in the same position almost. School, or apartment...school, or apartment...no time for both, no money for both. Blech.....money spread so thin as it is.
Can you get a cosmotology education through the salon?
Why do I ask such things when I'm just a stupid guy and in my infinite guyhood I have no idea what I'm talking about?
Well, would make-up, yoda, yoda, yoda job get you where you would like to be in ten years? Is the money gonna be good or would it be better doing Graphic Design? Is this salon a high-end salon or just average. If you go for the salon go for high-class.
What do you think would be a better career choice for you, cosmetology or graphic design, which would take you the furthest in life? Good luck with your final decision.
yes this is a very high-class salon. Probably one of the best if not the best in GA. You can end up making a lot of money. And yes they provide an education, you can apprentice in the department you would like to work in.

fuck that dont quit school .change your hair color if you have too. i know that sucks ,but, i like having a huge beard but i cant cuz of jobs and all the osama comments .one day though i will be done with school and then the whole world can fuck off once i gets the dollarz.nah i mean nigga!!!!!!!
well you should do what you love the most.
However you've already put in so much time with school that you may regret not going back. I know that i did. Will the salon not let you work part time while going to school?
or if you go to school at night then maybe you could work fulltime during the day there? I dunno. Hard decision. best thing to do is not listen to anyone else and do what you want
good luck with whichever desicion u choose. i dont know much bout the salon industry, but i also went to school for graphics. i had 1 job since i graduated (in 2000) and it only lasted a month taking that into consideration, i think the salon might be a more dependable field to have a job in. seems like everyone is getting into graphics and that makes it harder to get into since theres a lot more competition. good luck!
