I have the back of a 60 year old!! I'm missing 40% of my cartilage and my spine isn't straight. I've been sleeping on a matress as hard as iron, its so uncomfortable <-- good for ur back though. I purchased an air filled matress, I thought that if I got something softer I would sleep better. Did I sleep well? Yes! Does my back feel like shit? YES! It feels as though my spine is going to tear out of my back... It fucking kills!!
I was fine at work, but felt the pain once I got home.

p.s. i have really bad back problems too..but not nearly as bad as yours...are you on pain killers all the time? i try so hard to stay away from them but it's hard..
