Wow. What a week.

I was a miserable bastard for most of it. Which is my own fault mostly. It all started as a schmooze fest with food bloggers, people who write for The Guardian and The Daily Mail. It ended in drunken, slurring shame. Some of you were lucky enough to see the result of it when I logged into chat at 4am. Ouch. I couldn't drink for a week, and between that and having all my knives disappear at work (this is the worst thing that can happen to a chef. It's personal!) I was pretty much insufferable for the better part of a week. All this ended on Monday night, when I had a glass of wine with a good friend of mine. I remember thinking to myself: "I can drink again! I'm sooo happy!"

This is probably a bad sign. Oh well, Can't be helped.

Moan over.

In good news, I think I may have my second investor. A crazy Irishman who owns a bunch of clubs in west London. He's promised to help me find a distributor that can get me legal moonshine (Such an important part of my concept!)
