Indeed!
[For reasons even we do not fully understand, my wife and I regularly go around the house shouting "Indeed!" at each other, mimicking Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China. We have a *lot* of problems.

So, the beginning of the holiday season was generally weathered in a good way. There were no major battles, and really no moments of tension. A couple of close calls, and maybe a white lie or two to smooth things out (though, those might come back to bite me in the ass - but I'd rather do damage control from afar than slug it out toe-to-toe). But, it's over! And, actually, on the whole, it was good. I got to eat good food and see my family. There was laughs and fun. So, yea, groovy and stuff.
And it's a whole, sweet month until Christmas..... Thank God for that...
In good news: My wife got her PCAT scores, and she knocked that motherfucker out of the park. On top of that, she's pretty much finished off all of her applications. She can finally catch her breath, and we can relax a bit - she should definitley score some interviews and she probably even has a good shot at her 1st choice of UIC (knock on wood!). So, yea, smiles all around for that one.
It was a big movie weekend: I saw both Walk the Line and Rent, and I dug on them both. I used to have this thing where I "didn't like" musicals. I think mostly I was being an idiot. I'm not sure that there is much better than a good musical.
"525,600 minutes...."
All right, I just wanted to let you know all that I had lived - b/c I know you were *all so worried.*
I'll bring you a real update later in the week.
Be good.
