I wouldn't think all ages shows would be that big a deal. I mean your drinking age down there is three years less than ours. So i can't imagine it being filled with a ton of teenie boppers....or at least there being such a disparage of age. Straigh edgers though...well as long as they're not preaching and being judgemental that's fine, but they didn't seem like those types from your journal.
it can be painful. its difficult too explain. theres many rituals associated with the practice. for example, the yakuza put a pearl in each year they spend in jail. the pearls are implanted under the skin of male genitals. i think its where the western companies got the idea for ribbed condoms.

have a great time - at least if you're intoxicated and w/ friends you're almost gauranteed to have a good time even if you don't love the music or the crowd.
