They don't even wait for your next bill to be due-- if you're late on a payment they send you a thing and disconnect you like a week later. Fuck them, I only owe them $90...

Mine just got turned back on, actually. If you call and pay over the phone they'll reconnect you like an hour later. I have much experience with this...
