With everything going on all at once in my life at the moment, I've been spending more and more of my time literally just trying to de-stress, often without success.
Usually, I relax by putting calming music on, like this beat attached (a l e x - dropped my cassette tape in the bath tub)
Roll up & spark a joint, and begin to meditate/attempt to silence my head.
Another way I calm down is by walking my dogs through nature, or sitting by a river/lake.
So how do you wind down? I'll give it a try.
