Allergies suck.... I'm allergic to heaps of stuff.... It's something in the adhesive that will be irritating you... same thing happens to me with elastoplast and bandaids...

yeah the white bit is the amulet.. i like to describe it like that wax lips candy that used to kick around.
we have a first aid kit.. that is crappy and old.. and security.. that decided they needed to whizz while i was panicking.

I know what to do for most things.... but seizures.. no.. and we don't have cups or water allowed up there.. Im goingto change that I hope.

Have you tired using tubigrip underneath the tape?
I have allergies to everything (dishwashing detergent to soap to latex) Maybe supporting your ankles with tubigrip proir to strapping might help a little?

I used to do that back in the day when I played netball....

Then again, it might not work for you. Just a suggestion!

I wear haedphones connected to nothing sometimes to A) make people leave me alone and b) look less crazy when i am waliking down the street singing or whislting. hahaha
