I found out about Tool when Undertow came out. I likes it a lot so I went and bought Opiate. I LOVE Opiate, it's my favorite Tool disc. Then they lost me with Aenima. I didn't like it much. Oh well. Danjal says that it's worth it to see them cause the put on a great show. So, off we go to Mansfield on Friday night. Not a big Tool fan yourself? Like a lil bit?
*picking up our conversation from this morning, as i had to run off to work then*
yes, it is the one where he gets married - and then ends with Blofeld killing her by the side of the road. a very different and sad Bond film. but still super cool. the villain has that fantastic giant chateau high up in the Swiss alps, and is brainwashing a small cadre of beautiful women to unwittingly help his quest for wold domination... great stuff. and a fine John Barry score.

I treat people with the most respect and love and it's the least I can do for her
Not sure who the woman in the picture in my current journal is. I just came across her image and felt compelled to show the picture to everyone on here.
Your collard greens skepticism is unwarranted. Honestly. SV does 'em damned well.
My friends spoke of SuicideGirls with a general negativity that echoed disrespect. Aside from acknowledging my association with the site, I didn't incite any further discussion (in the hopes of preserving a positive communal vibe), but C. spoke up and mentioned how she, too, had joined the site. Why do some ostensible liberals have such issues with images of naked women?
You didn't ever happen to go to Cafe Budapest in Boston when it was around, did you? I had a friend whos father worked there as a chef and he took us to see the place. We were there a couple of weeks after Goldie Hahn and Steve Martin had finished filming for Housesitter there(I think that's what it's called). It was pretty fancy and the owner was so cute. He was so proud of having a movie filmed in his place.
very nice to be back! i completely missed you and still hope we can have chocolate in October! My sis has the oncologist tomorrow - so we will know better what her options are...The cacner she has only occurs in 10% of cases and she actually has two types, the one they are most concerned with is the invasive one...but - tomorrow we will know better...it's really scary - she's only 18 months older than i am - she turns 38 oct. 7 - and has not done the same shit to her body that i do...scarey how it strikes...but - you sound like you are having a kick ass time (woo-hoo you!)
