I am now a certified Ayurvedic Specialist!! Seeing people for Ayurvedic Consultations. I also am an Ayurvedic Bodyworker giving Abhyanga massages. And counseling people with Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy. The journey to this point has been exciting, but so much has happened so quiclky that I am kind of in shock!! To step into these roles and claim them for my self seems strange as I've had this core belief that I "am rotton, and worthless" so any thing I do achieve seems somewhat suspect ,and feels not true. To feel worthwhile and good about myself takes a giant leap on my part. So I'm trying to feel good about all this. Love to you!!
