hey. i'm alive. and i started pastry school yesterday. 
my school is right across the sears/willis tower which is pretty sweet.
orientation was yesterday and i got to meet all my chef professors.
today was sanitation class day 1. tomorrow we finish up then take the test.
friday and monday is baking theory and lectures.
and tuesday i'll finally be in the kitchen!
i've met some pretty sweet people, and i'm excited to see what the next
6 months bring! hooray.
oh and jamba juice is right across the street from my school!
yay. jamba smoothie for brekky tomorrow.
