I don't know why I think you'd enjoy this, as you are more of a metalhead, but this is DEFINITELY a rocking show, and seems like it might complement your Spirituality as well. I speak of a Dylan show from 1981. It was at the end of his 3 year tour of Gospel shows, and occurred when he finally figured out that the first two years, consisting solely of in-your-face evangelical songs, largely alienated fans and that perhaps playing a mix of Gospel and his older tunes might serve to better spread The Word.

Anyway, despite many Dylan fans' disillusionment with this phase in his career (he now does a Gospel song or two in his shows and still infuses his new songs with some Spirituality), this show was voted on a fansite as one of the Top 75 Dylan shows ever. And that's out of quite literally THOUSANDS.

Yet, for some reason, this unreleased recording, with it's in-your-face vocals and quality recording, hasn't seemed to circulate as widely as many of his shows.

Anyway, if you're interested, I could email you download links. I just have a feeling you'd like it.

I have decided in my own wisdom, that "asshat" shall be retired for the time being, and a new catchphrase for the kids with ebb forth on a monthly basis. For the lovely month of June, I have chosen " shitstick". Let the random insertion of said word invade all the groups and threads. This is my decree tongue

Did I actually miss a post? That makes me sad frown Too many fucking shitsticks distracting me I suppose biggrin
