yes, but the Supreme Court of the US ruled that anti-sodomy laws are unconstitutional, so most of those laws wouldn't hold up under a federal appeal. plus, with this administration trying to restrict marriage rights so severely, they have to allow cohabitation to avoid a national riot.

when it comes to arts, shopping & culture. It's easy to get around with the MAX system. The weather is nice & you have snow & beach 1 hour away. Florida I've never been, it seems too hot there.
