Good Luck with the house... it's nice once it is all done... I just bought my second home... let me know if you need a home inspection. Your realtor may try to get you to use one of their regular inspectors because sometimes they get kick backs. I will give you a really good deal because I am nice like that... ha ha... you can check to see that I am legit...

Good luck with the home buying. Cell phone companies are the worst. Although I did a fine job messing up my credit when I was 19, fighting over bullshit unpaid bills with MCI did make life any easier. Turns out they screwed up, but didnt catch it before scaring my credit. Bastards!
