it was weird, today seemed to go by really slow. i guess its because the sun is staying up later...so when its 7pm, and the sun is still up it kinda confuses me. but i did get a lot done today. i cleaned the kitchen, living room, and the bedroom (well half of it anyway) and I vacuumed. i always vacuum. i can literally have the entire house clean, but if the carpet is dirty, i feel like the whole damn house is messed up lol.

so besides cleaning, i had an impromptu photoshoot. my friend heather-who was a former ballet dancer and model came by and let me photograph her while she was wearing my items that i sell in my etsy shop. it was awesome working with her because she didnt need much direction, and has that whole "neck" thing going. perhaps i watch too much americas next top model, im getting that obsession that tyra has about necks.

the photos came out awesome, and whenever i take photos of people, i think, "hey, maybe i should shoot a set for sg!". i mean, i do weddings and portraits, ive been on the site for quite a while, why not take a hand at it? one day ill do it, maybe. just gotta find a willing participant, or at least a fellow hopeful from the site.

in other news, my birthday is next month. and i am still undecided on what to do! a bunch of my friends are trying to convince me to have a party. i havent had a real birthday party since i was like 6. every birthday "party" that i had was a clever disguise by my mother to invite her friends over to have a bbq and party for her and her friends. my husband has taken me to disney world twice for my birthday, which was awesome-but it wasnt a party. lol. simple things please me, i just want some friends, some music, some food, and some cake
