update time
christmas went great, josh got spoilt rotten
im currently getting my training log ready for when im back to the gym in the new year
at the moment im weighing in around 230lbs at 5,9
the last time i fought i weighed in at 185lbs
i really bulked up since last summer with powerlifting
im debating working more on my strength more first or weight loss
my wrestling class starts back up again next sunday so thats gonna help

i got a single at 210kg
im currently lifting 230kg (506lbs) for doubles


im building myself a heavier sandbag to kick my arse for the new year
heres me doing sand bag training six months ago


so im thinking of competing in a submission wrestling meet in may

i was so lucky this morning
i had a few hours to spare and got to see i am legend at a 10am showing
i was the only person in the whole fucking cinema
it was awesome
i should be able to watch all movies like that
aybe if i win the lottery
