if you spend $25-45 and are leaving $15-20 then you are leaving way more than enough as a tip. in fact the bartenders love you. i think the most i've ever gotten was $10. greyhounds are dudes drinks, i make a lot of those. the drinks that are wuss are when a guy comes in and orders repeat hurricanes and daquiris. and then doesn't tip. that drives me apeshit.
