Hope everyone had a great new year's celebration. We enjoyed a nice semi-quiet night at a bonfire thrown by my little brother's inlaws. His wife's family are a bunch of crazy Corsicans and we go over there every year for the bonfire. As usual there was much homemade sangria, which was yummy, and lots of good food. Too many little kids for my taste this year though. Too much screaming and crying. Melissa and I just kind of hung out on the far side of the bonfire and kept to ourselves (it's a pretty huge fire).

Today was fabulous! had a get together with the other local members from the Toycamera.com boards. We all went downtown and hung out a bit and took lots of pics. I'll post up some of the results later on once I get them scanned. (Found a killer place to do an outdoor shoot-WOOHOO! ) We all went down to Four Green Fields afterwards for pints of Guiness and yummy Irish food. Damn I love that place.

Other than that, I think I'll clean up my office here at the house and install the new monitor I bought yesterday and hook up my new Wacom pen/tablet. Sweet... I love new toys!
