All of my extended family lives in India, I have my imediate family here, and some cousins dotted around the country. but everyone else is abroad. a while back I went to an Indian wedding there, of one of my cousins, and I saw so many many people there that were related to my family it was freakin' astonishing! I love that our family can be that big--while some relatives are a distant relation--it's still really cool!
I wish we could do big family reunions like that, but the logistics just aren't possible. However, back in June when my brother got married, all of my cousins around this country did get together, and the house was just filled with so many relations that it truly felt like a "wedding house."
And now it makes sense as to why you are looking forward to it.
I'm jealous hon ... you seem to have the type of extended family I've always wanted.
Have fun and truly enjoy yourself hon ... don't let any small thing get in your way of having fun - as you said - you don't get to see these people often.
Good to hear it. I took my friend Monika to the hospital last week and I saw a baby quite similar to EM. I wish you well, and it looks like Jenny hasn't quite decided on Jrs. name. Her nana wants Dillian, and I wont have it. Of the final two names I will choose Gavin Robert L-R. Jenny seems more light hearted, she laughs more and I think she will be ready. We've decided to figure out child support outside of the courts, I know we have to do some paperwork but it should be fine. I'm working two jobs now and my vw scirocco is almost up and running. Still so much is going on. I'm going to have to simplify things very soon.
Have fun at the reunion and send me some recipes!
So your people did that to the mayans-just kidding, i'm being a brat.
bye.
