I need to start riding my bike again soon too. I'm not looking to lose any weight, but the exercise definitely helps with mood stabilization. I'm a cranky bitch if I don't burn energy!

saturday was fun times. and hell yeah to exercising, I think a few of us are on that right now, myself and Trixie included.... then we can all bounce quarters off of our luscious bums and tight tummies.
I bought a road bike for xmass and I try to ride at least 3 miles every day if you need a partner! Then again I would have to ride like 7 miles just to meet up with you. You still sick and all that junk? What classes are you taking this term?
How about the ungodly hour of 9am? Haha. I'm shooting a hopeful, and am quickly running out of places to shoot at my place. You guys have a pretty sweet place, AND you guys are rad. BUT, I understand that you guys are incredibly busy. I've been trying to sweet talk Adam, but we haven't successfully managed to find time for me to do the sweet talking... even if it's for another time.
A few years ago I lost a little over a hundred pounds by making only 3 changes-eliminating sugared soda, cutting back on rice and pasta and making my bike my primary form of transportation. I'm convinced the bike was the most important of those changes. In fact I am pretty sure that it is the only thing that keeps me from gaining weight back.
