Thank you. It is good to be back.

That was a very cute story a few journals back. I wish I got to hang out with kids more. I hardly ever see my little cousins anymore. I miss them.

We have not had much snow at all this year.

I use to be really bad at sleeping. But ever since I quit smoking it has gotten much better. Which is funny because my insomnia predates my smoking.

I really miss my cigarettes.

Dude, I try to avoid things pre-bedtime that get my mind going or things that are overly visually stimulating, like video games, but sometimes I just can't fall asleep. I'll lie there, unable to sleep and feeling like I've been awake for 1,000 years. Insomnia suck ass! mad
fatdavid8:
p.s., sorry about the "Dude", there. I just got excited that someone wanted to talk about insomnia. Sorry. wink
sirpsychosexy:
Try to monitor what you ate before you had insomnia, sometimes eating certain things as long as 6-7 hours before sleep time can keep you awake.

My mother was having trouble sleeping for a long while, she eliminated a large part of her insomnia just by not drinking coffee after like 3pm. *shrugs*
smuffy:
is there something on your mind keeping you awake?
flux:
jealousy!
flux:
jersey!
flux:
It's not yelling; it's emphatic squealing.
smuffy:
maybe it's time to get on sleeping pills. biggrin
