Damn, everybody around here seems to be getting clean or dealing with somebody else's addiction lately ...
...yeah, I've been dealing with a similar relationship I have with my cousin (also one of my best friends growing up); its funny, when you remember what you thought of them back when you were "with them" compared to what you think of them now, you know? I mean, everything happens so slowly--you (meaning in the general sense) knew intellectualy what the problem was with them for a long time, but that process of emotionaly accepting it took so long, you know what I mean? And then, thinking back to what a gigantic difference there is in the way you think about it now...oh well, you get the point, I empathize with you completly on that...
How did the DVD "break"? (I gather its not literally split in half or what not...)
Tweakers suck.........but sometimes they can be entertaining.
It's near impossible to change a person addicted to meth. Sometimes its hard to do but the easiest way to find happiness .........is to find someone else.
All in all......they cannot control themselves, they have a sickness. But why should you take on responsibilities for them. You only live once also.........enjoy your life.
Sorry to hear because I unfortunatly know first hand the type.
Tough times ahead.........Good Luck
PS.......I know that I'm extremely selfish!
Best wishes

Not sure what to say about Brandon you don't already know. Sorry you are not able to break free of the cycle you are in on that one. Not a easy thing at all.
