So encountering that snake in my apartment last week instilled in me a small love affair with those scaly misunderstood creatures. I'm now actually considering getting one for a pet. After doing some research online, I checked out a local pet shop today to see what I could find. I came across a tank of ball pythons, and one of them came right up to the glass and started looking me up and down to see what I was all I about. I sensed an instant rapport with him. I'm going to check out some other stores around the area later this week, but I think I've found my Plissken.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Micah, Magilla, yawf, and her cincymusic.com pals for a great time at Sitwell's and/or the Sundresses show last night. I had a blast, even though I'm paying for the lack of sleep today. Ah, you only live once, right?
