Actually the shirt looks cool...the hat needs a lil work tho...you might try doing a image search for hats on google then putting a pic of a real hat on yer head.

I think you can get most of those things at Wal-Mart.
For sure the suspenders.. a pair of white capri pants would work if you have tall boots.
I think they even have canes there too. Expensive tho-
