Okay, so the chocolate silk pie is done. The veggie casserole and meat stuffing are essentially done, just need to be baked tomorrow to get up to temp and crisp up the topping on the casserole. The sweet potatos are in the oven; will cook those up and then top and broil the marshmallows tomorrow. Couldn't find the loaf pans so the cranberry bread will have to wait until daddy gets home to find them. That's okay, that can go tomorrow morning, too. We're not eating until 2 or so. That just leaves the apple cobbler and cranberry relish. Whee!

Nanna's doin the big stuff: turkey, dressing, mashed potatos, noodles, rolls, I can't even remember what else.

Whatever else you do with your Thursday off, please do take a moment to realise just how much you have to be thankful for. It makes for a far more pleasant day. And it's good practice.
