I can't even BEGIN to tell you how amazing and exciting and liberating and grown-up (in the good way!) it is to be able to write down my email address that is NOT my school email and NOT my work email but the address for MY BUSINESS!!!
My freelance partner and I finally got together and trademarked the name and bought the webspace and all that good stuff. It's official. I am a small-business owner. Some days I would rather be a small business-owner, but oh well. And if that made sense to you then you just figured out what our business is, lol. Since when did comma splices and dangling modifiers become so expensive?!
We have made more money (each) this month on this freelance stuff than we have on our *real* jobs. No, we're not exactly getting sleep, but it's a pretty clear indication that we've hit our niche. We are getting recommended out right and left. Praise is a beautiful thing.

In other news, I'm still sick, the girl is as beautiful and funny and smart as ever AND has another round of ear infections, and Daddy is the bestestest ever. Ever!
