ok using the word dating is a little extreme. I'm not looking for the love of my life but I do love meeting new people when I can. You never know and I've met some cool folks even if the chemistry wasn't there.

I could also just be a hermit and spend all my free time crafting, watching netflix, and downloading music. I'd have to get a few more cats though. tongue Just sayin.

yes Stiles when all your friends are married (which most are at our age I feel) It can be strange. It's all good though..right?

It was the busiest of busiest weeks and none of it included a date of any kind. I do have a date with my bed tonight and so looking forward to the lack of an alarm clock or an appointment to drive to.

Hey, I'm no rocket scientist (or librarian), but it probably seems like a pleasant change to do things that don't involve the c-word. When all your people have spent time digesting the c-word, I can't help but think it's a nice break to hang with folks who haven't been so involved in it, y'know? Not that it's all about the c-word... I haven't looked, are you or your dog in the Bullies group?

Yeah, I know what you mean, almost all my friends are married, in civil partnerships or long term partners. So, the occasional date would be nice....seems all mine get cancelled at the last minute.

I like your idea, get more cats, in my case, get cats... smile
