Had gastric-bypass on the 16th, started my pre-op diet on the 2nd. Have lost 32lbs this month so far.
I'm feeling good, went back to the gym today for the first time. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, very relaxed and slow. It was boring, but good.
Tomorrow I get my staples out!
I can feel the differences in my body from the weightloss already and my husband says he can see it some. Yay!
Am totally off pain meds, enjoying my little meals, getting in my water and vitamins and a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise each day. Going good!

Good for you. My mom had one 10+ years ago - she lost 125 pounds and still has kept it off. Keep on working - you will see results!!
