I would recommend checking out temporary placement agencies in your town. Hit their office with a resume and check in with them EVERY morning. You could get work by the day, paid weekly. It won't be a good wage, but it kept me from living on the streets several times in my life when my employment situation was not doing me any favors.

Also, I make it a rule to keep some things around the house that are of value that I don't really use/want/need so when things get really bad I can sell my "junk stash" and keep above water.

You're 18. Everyone else is poor too, it's ok It's supposed to be this way. If you're going to put naked photos of yourself on the internet, you might as well be making money doing it. I am a financially independent full time college student, and I support myself by working modeling gigs (not pornographic). I get most of them though modelmayhem.com , onemodelplace.com , craigslist, and even SG. It's hard work, and I am still poor, but it's definitely helping.

I do it on weekends, mostly, and on free hours during week days. I am insanely busy at times, but keeping my head above the water.
