There really are just TOO many bands out there....
...Picked up some musical goodies, kinda, over the weekend. Bought The Editors "The Back Room, YYY's newest and Anti-Flag's "For Blood and Empire"-UBER political release. Out of the three, a quick synopsis, if you will, YYY's is ALRIGHT, some OK harder hits, but just seemed like extensions of the song "Maps" from their previous release. Rather watered down for my taste. The Editors seem to travel through the same Joy Division vein as Interpol. Not as airy, persay as Interpol, and still even pretty good. The new Anti-Flag's music is great backing to the lyrics. A bit poppy, seems they are heading in that direction....too bad, so sad....
lots'o'shows coming up this month including the Heartless Bastards (Fat Possum records) this thursday and then Leftover Crack in B'more on Sunday. Also this month I hope to see the Subhumans, and then at the begining of May, US Bombs. There was another good show coming to B'More this month, but it leaves my memiory as I am super sleepy head. Hehe, April is turning out to be an OK month, boring ol 23rd b-day and all!
P.S. I feel like I look like a 12 year old.

I can't catch him this time around, but I know he'll be back soon. I've seen him a ton of times, so i'm not too upset about it...
