Perhaps your neighbors should be grateful you were only faking it, God knows how pissed they'd be if you hadn't been?

I had the same problem. I was told we sounded like barnyard animals by the old lady below me.ooo aaa . Soundproofing barriers is the only way to go.

Biting the cushion?
its_matt:
eggboxes on the walls?
Failing that you play lullabies to sooth the child, confuse the mother and scare the other member of the sexual escapade.

Invest in a good ballgag. wink

You need to post that letter on passiveagressivenotes.com!!

If you don't like Rule 6 you can bite me tongue
prawn:
Naughty lady, right here is your action plan:

1: 'every moan' Gag you or him or both. Ball gags can be fun
2: bed rock: cotton wool on the bed posts that are against the wall or do it on the floor/sofa/kitchen top :-p
3: spank: um...don't spank is obviously not an option so...padding?
anonwhymous:
You very naughty lady! Haha
That was a very entertaining read smile
Now to the problem...
Buy yourself a gag (what type is obviously your choice) or you could put your face down into a pillow or you could your bed partner cover your mouth to muffle the noise?
If you have the room in the bedroom moving the bed further into the centre of the room could be a good idea. There is also the option of making your bed sturdier, as my bed frame is pretty solid and this doesn't become an issue.
Minus simply not spanking I honestly cannot think of how to quieten that noise.

Good luck to you and I look forward to reading the related blog x

Amazing! I've written passive agressive notes but this is hilarious!

When I worked as a housing office, I knocked on the door of a man who was on the receiving end of a noise complaint. There was a noise coming from his flat that sounded like someone carving a stone statue.

He said that he was ripping up the floor boards to out down insulation so that he would not upset the neighbours. I was perplexed by his response, but it soon became obvious that he had issues. That factoid does not help answer your question, but lets just say that your use of the flat is perfectly normal and reasonable.

Your neighbours expectations are set too high for the type of property you live in.

Suggest that she invests in some of these!
