closest thing i have seen to that procedure is I have seen this neatt thing at my dad's office - it's the insertion kit for a stent that they put into the arteries to expand em. cool stuff it is basically a small tube that costs a lot of money! i dont know where he got it from but the company he works for makes the drug that coats the thing to prevent plaque buildup, neat stuff...
