But you Rose, you're a good one. Just ignore it. It won't go away, but after time, it won't matter anymore. It sucks, maybe the easy way out, but it's a lot easier than trying to hand out band aids to everyone that needs em.

Hey. Your journal entry made me a little dizzy (but in a good way). I agree with you about how quickly folks pass judgment on others based on appearance, apparel, music/food choices, age, race, religion, ethnicity, etc. It's all essentially discrimination in a way.Is there a way to stop the madness? Why is it virtually impossible to stop comparing oneself to others? And would one really want to? Maybe I should ask Jeeves.
I should keep in mind how it might make somebody feel the next time I have the thought "I can't believe they like that band." I hope happy economy gods shine on all of us soon, but most especially you.

anyways, i know what you mean. some people can only make themselves feel good by belittling others. of course all these people really end up doing is showing off their own ignorance, and making themselves look foolish. usually i manage to avoid many of these people, but thats mostly because im somewhat reclusive and am rarely around many people
but if someone is constantly belittling you, then they probably arent worth your timeremember, people suck
I -hate- it when people pass judgement on others. If people could just accept the fact that there is no better or worse and that life isn't based on their own values than they might find it a little easier to accept life as it is.

awwwww ... what you should do is totally ream these people out who are saying they are better than you ... I've had a lot of people tell me they are better than me and it always feels bad ... but then you fight back and you start to feel a little better.

Rose, sorry to see you so down. I guess I'm not the only one who can relate to you but I know how it feels to think that everyone else got dealt a better hand than you and that you're inferior in every way. Just try to remember, that although you have your faults, they're no worse or better than anyone else's and that in the end we're really all the same.
PS just cause someone has a penis, it doesn't mean they're better than you. Unless of course they're a shemale, but as we all know shemales are the top of the evolutionary ladder and therefore superior to EVERYONE.
i think that what you are trying to say is.... 'people suck'. this is a sad fact of life. people, in general, suck. but, as you see from sg... there are a few good people left. you seem to be among them.
First off, fuck the haters. I'm not just saying that because, well, obviously I've seen your pics and liked them. I'm just saying that you should be free to do whatever the fuck you want to and shouldn't let people bring you down, no matter how close you are to them or how much influence they have in your personal life. It's you. It's your life. I don't know, if I was female and as attractive as you, I'd be shoving myself down people's throats. Just do what you want to do and give them the finger.
