don't let the stress get you down. go rollerblading or running before it gets too cold and starts to snow,unless its already to late then go snowshoeing or x country skiing, or ice skating, or polar bear swimming.
How does this sound: gnocchi with tomato sauce and hummus? I tried it this week with some pre-packaged gnocchi ($3) and it was delicious! Enough to last for two dinners, actually. Next time I'm adding some herbed tofu. It should be interesting.
You know, the tomato sauce and hummus kind of turns into a ros sauce, except it's non-dairy and probably a wee bit healthier. Try it and let me know how it comes out!
Thanks for the kind wishes. She seems to be doing ok for now, except for almost blowing up the ward kitchen, but that's another story.
