If you don't mind sharing, what kind of issues? I've never had anesthesia. I had a procedure in August that failed because they were using some other form of sedation. They gave me just enough of this valium-esque medication to lower my inhibitions. I don't like doctors anyway, and I couldn't breath. So I was fighting like hell. As a result, I have to try again WITH anesthesia and I'm scared. I have a lot different allergies and have had reactions to some medications. I've heard horror stories about people dying from allergic reactions to anesthesia. So, can you ease my mind? or is being scared reasonable for me at this point? They're don't even have a wellness physical planned because they're just ASSUMING because of my age I'm physically well enough to take it. So many little things just fall through the cracks here...
@avecalluna I am pretty motivated ~ even though I am pretty much retired I have a job offer overseas that is too hard to pass up ~ its more my true calling ~ and I need another go around to end a lil restlessness that is in my head ~ its only a 6 month contract ~ its all good :)
