I always found it funny when you have a bunch of managers who you never met and never even visited your office try and make decisions about little everyday things like air conditioning. I find it even more funny when after all the discussions they finally come to the same conclusion I explained to them at the beginning of the discussion. I don't find it funny when they start patting themselves on the back pretending to be good managers for coming to that conclusion and then suggest I cried wolf and always try to make something small into something big. I find it even less funny when the people I work with locally are disgusted with me for even telling the managers in the first place Sigh. it is so important to choose the people you work with.
