Lots is happening, and I'm not one for words really... So... long time no blog...
First bad news...
I buried Tycho on Monday. She died because my neighbors poisoned her (I'm 99% sure, though have no proof). So I guess I have to say that she was poisoned. She died in my arms while we were at the vet. Were there some signs, yes, looking back I know what to look for now, but at the time I just thought she had gotten into something and would come out of it on her own. When I came home from a meeting at work, she was in very bad shape. We got to the vet after it had closed, I had to wait for a vet to arrive, by then it was too late. I guess all I can recommend is that you talk to your vet about what to expect in that kind of scenario the next time you take your pet in for a checkup.

I am going to be a father very soon. My daughter's due date is tomorrow actually. Nervous about that, yet excited too. We're planning on naming her Emma Renae... More to tell when it happens!
