sharlyn:
yay for you going back to school.
my minor is history, but i'm droppig it, cause i suck. really. i suck balls in history, even if it's waaaaay interresting.
redmess:
after a week of intense heat out here, it's a fairly autumn-esque day today. i'm sitting here in my favorite black and red plaid pearl snaps.

i'm leaving for new york on wednesday and plan on writing from up there. i would send an address to you but i don't really have one. soon, i hope!!!

xoxo
redmess:
so happy that you are excited about returning to the world of academia!
katieesq:
How dare you go see cute GameStop girl without me!!! Boo! Hiss! Cannibal Sisters!
opticnerve:
It's easy stuff to build up your swimming stamina. You should get a pull-buoy, which will allow you to focus on your stroke and your breathing, and not on keeping yourself afloat.

Sigh. I miss the swimming facilities at the Vancouver Aquatic Centre.
opticnerve:
It goes without saying that you are too cool for school.
turbulence:
Great you restart university!
perdita:
Congratulations on going back to school, and good luck!

I read an article on FBOFW yesterday and it's not totally over, she's starting it from the beginning, but not just old strips. They're calling it "new-runs." Weird!
ron4164:
Wow!
Congrats on the school thing Rin.
Awesome courses you're taking.
Have fun playing your DS Lite sweetie.
Have a really nice week ok. kiss kiss
ferkixlll:
"Triple plus good" on returning to school. I hope that it will
get you to where you want to be.
While FBOFW wasn't one of my fav's [Doonsbury, Opus,
& Dilbert claim that] I did look forword to the story. I'm
curious to see what her plans are with it.
rpg:
congrats on restarting your degree!! Applejax has a history degree, but I'm sure you know that already.

I always followed FBOFW. I don't know if I'll like the new direction she's taking it or not.

I saw Great Lake Swimmers at out folk festival this summer!!
magpie:
living in the woods isnt too bad. one of my neighbors has some kind of satellite wireless contraption, so Im stealing his signal. mwahaha.

but youre going back to school! thats so exciting.
thaddius:
Congrats on going back to school, doll. Best of luck. I think you'll be great. smile
dista:
Back to school, wow! I have seriously been wanting in that department lately. I feel like I'm getting dumber as I get older from lack of learning. I thought we were meant to grow old and wise so our children and grand children would look to us for knowledge. At least that's how I always pictured myself in the future.
Thank you for your comment. My days have been filled with laughter, love, cooking at crazy times, arguing, getting out and about, talking about EVERYTHING...... complete bliss!!
kiss

♠ Wow, you were even nerdier back then than you are now!

♠ It's Metallic Rose. Your brain already makes up its own colors, you don't have to help it along.

♠ I remember that comic, I also remember it never being very good. Since I was little I've been hugely into comic strips, and it was one of the ones I just glazed over. Then when comics started showing up online I would just follow the ones I liked, and added webcomics to the mix. It seems over the last few years it got more dramatic, I guess similar to how The Boondocks changed and got more political.

I know how you feel though as it was how I felt when FoxTrot ended its run (ok so Bill Amend still does Sundays but it's not the same). I guess it's more like BIll Atkinson when he stopped doing Calvin and Hobbes or Berkeley Breathed when he stopped Bloom County/Outland, but neither of those affected me as much as FoxTrot even if the former two are better regarded. I identify with Jason Fox more than probably any other character.

opticnerve:
Must I put a caveat in every blog I write?

No you didn't. You did give offer me a chocolate, though.
freakpirate:
Good luck with your studies. I'm sure you'll be a way better history major than I was.

And let me know how the Athabasca thing goes. I looked at their courses a long time ago and it seemed interesting.

yellowdays:
i tend to like the metallic pink one better anyhow, but to each their own
quietlythere:
YAY for school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! smile
_jordan_:
I didn't know you were a Sociology major, other than photography that has been my favorite subject to study so far!

And Okami looks neat! I kinda want a copy, but I know I'd get all engrossed and then forget to do anything productive.
