the best
conversations
of my life
have not take place
in boardrooms
or expensive restaurants
they have
been set
against
a backdrop
of nylon tent walls
midnight canoe trips
basement apartments
i have never found companionship
in the frosty detachment
of opulence and splendor
i have never
found happiness
anywhere
but here

You should be proud of your brother that's really cool he did that when he was all by himself. It shows that he truelly believes what he meant.
I agree with him, silence is consent. But it would have been stupid to throw the first punch if things got violent too, that's just as stupid.
