styxxx:
Im so sorry to hear that. The ugly buildings never seem to burn. Try to be chin up.
hooliganboy:
That does suck, thats a great area of the city. Hopefully itll get rebuilt as it was instead of fully commercial and corparate, we lost a good section of the area I grew up hanging out in that way.
jazznhoop:
This is horrible... Queen St. is a special place in heart of Toronto... Let's hope they can recover from this.
rhiannon:
The Area is protected by the heritage conservation act, so they won't be able to put up condos or anything. I'm pretty sure that all of those buildings are kept at 3 stories or less...so thats good at the very least
greenapplemary:
That's awful! I really am glad to hear no one was hurt and so very sorry about your friends and the families in that area. Best wishes to everyone.
aandp:
I got caught in that this morning on my way to work (I work at Spadina and Front).
Tons of smoke and insanity!
I feel so bad for all the people down there. So incredibly sad. Seriously!
There are speculations that a drug lab in one of the apartment building could have started the fire.

Fucck. puke
rawkz:
