That does suck, thats a great area of the city. Hopefully itll get rebuilt as it was instead of fully commercial and corparate, we lost a good section of the area I grew up hanging out in that way.

This is horrible... Queen St. is a special place in heart of Toronto... Let's hope they can recover from this.

I saw that on the news this morning, it's pretty sad. I heard one business owner lost his 40 year old business, that was uninsured....

That is seriously one of the saddest things i've read in a long time.

I've been watching this on the news since first thing this morning... it's devastating and heartbreaking. .. that area was like a second home to me when I was growing up.

apparently the man who owns Dukes bikes inherited it from his Grandfather who started it in 1914.
A friend of mine lives right on queen at bathurst, so luckily she was on the other side of the street. But it's fuckin scary.
