I got rained on walking home from work, and then my Jayhawks lost in double overtime. On the upside, I finished a new painting, and started 2 others. What did you do with yourself?
My v-day was definitely awesome. Between classes I spent all afternoon on SG in the computer lab at school. Go back a journal entry and see! I napped on the train ride home after class. My work called and said I didn't have to come in. yay! So I went over to Beth's house and we watched 50 First Dates and drank a lot of wine, then walked to a local bar through the puddled streets. It was a really fun drunken walk- we stopped and hijacked a helium balloon in a front yard- sucked all the air out of it. We got to the bar and it had just closed! So Beth flagged down a car that was leaving and we hitched a ride from some kid back to her house. Then we drove to another bar that we knew would be open. After a beer, I dropped her off and came home, and was about to go to bed when I got a text message from a friend... it was 2am and he stopped by my apartment. Surprise! We chatted for a bit and then other stuff for a longer bit. Yum. So it turned out to be a really interesting day- especially the kissing bit at the end. Goob loooves kisses. But now today I am delirious from lack of sleep and lightheaded from wine and kisses. Best valentines day ever.
I just came on to thank you for befriending me. While I'm here, I have to tell you this TRUE story. A while back I had a long discussion with an old friend of mine about homosexuality. Long story short, he STRONGLY BELIEVED that "black men/woman" Can't be gay.lol It still makes me laugh everytime I think about that night... Ciao
