I've been growing out my hair, and fighting the urge to chop it all back short every day inc i've started this attempt.
Personally, I say keep growing it. Let it grow until it gets to the point where you absolutely have to get rid of it. Holding out like that is what has kept me growing it for a year now

You could trim up the bangs slightly, and I can't tell if your head is just tilted but is one side shorter then the other? because it should be (in my personal opinion) ^_^
