Yeah you can get instructional dvd's for strip-aerobics too! There is one by Carmen Electra and then there is another girl that is from Victoria that has a DVD specifically for pole work, if you had the pole it would be like having your own personal trainer for the pole. It is a lot harder than it looks but I did learn a cool little trick... wanna learn more!
