They always say "Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover". Well I say BULLSHIT. Now hear me out, will ya'? I'm not saying it's ok to label people or not give them a chance. But what I am saying is that if the "book" has a tattered cover that's misspelled, falling off and smells bad, then kick that shit to the curb. If a "book" doesn't think it needs to bathe, then that "book" shouldn't expect to get rented from the library. But if you find a "book" that you enjoy, don't let anyone else tell you that it's not worth a rent or a purchase. Make up your own mind, try new things. Take a hard long look at people who are giving you advice. If they are miserable with the choices they've made, why the fuck would you let them make decisions for you. I try every "book" I can. After a while it's hard to try one that reminds you of another, but I do. Because I believe all "books" deserve a chance. But every once in a while I'm disappointed by something I "read". But that doesn't stop me from "reading" something similar. Just because someone doesn't like it doesn't mean you won't. I treat all "books" the same, they get a fair shot. I just wish I'd get that same chance.
Here's a "situation" I can't figure out. I found this "book" it's a pretty awesome book. Almost everything I ever wanted from a "book". I get a chance to meet the "Author and Printer" of this book. That's a pretty huge deal. Everything goes really well. Then the "previous draft" shows up. Completely ruins everything. Now the "book" doesn't want to talk or hangout any more. Well as far as I can guess the "previous draft" had some edits they thought would be better and now I'm not allowed to "rent" that "book" any longer. Well just goes to show you that the fancy looking "books" aren't always what they're cutout to be.
