The only soccer I like are the teams my friends/family played on. Of course, the same thing got me into track and tennis too.
The more I read through that blog though, the more it annoyed me. It describes a particular type of white person, and is a little bit annoying. Then again, I tend to be annoyed by that type of "let's-point-out-the-obvious/fake-universals" kind of humor. Sorry to go off.
Hurry up and stop being so busy so we can get a drink sometime.
Maybe it's because I'm, like, foreign, but only one of those applies to me. (Multilingual kid. Since he's learning two languages at school, and bits of two others from relatives, I think he might be OK.)
