I'm glad something good has come from this election then.. even if it is just something thats inspired you or made you a better person.

I nearly cried this morning. I'm beyonf terrified of the next four years... and even more so I'm scared that now because Bush was re-elected that all of those democrats that came out and actually voted for once will go back into hiding, stating that really, it dosn't matter what they do.

I just don't have the patience any more, I have done more than enough time trying to fix things.
If I even think of staying, I know I will become violent. I am not a peaceful activist.
Moving is probably not going to happen but it is something I am going to look into.
My family has been in this country since the mayflower, I am a veteran, and was quite active when I was younger.
I just have no hope left for this country, it hurts too much.

I know how you feel... it's just hard to see ANYONE representing me. Anyone at all. I read that the percentage of 18-24 yr olds who voted in this election stayed the same as last time. Can't we LEARN? Jesus.

I just wish that both sides, especially the Republicans, would just fight cleanly. As Ohio was the main point of contention, it's interesting to note that they used voting machines in Ohio. Voting machines made by Diebold, known Bush supporters who actually threw a campaign party for him four years ago. whatever

As an acquaintance of mine said yesterday, this election was bought and sold a year and a half ago.
