in the universe there must always be balance so in the universe I say 50/50 I guess I would ask what u conciter "the world" and also ask if I shall that in acount for the multiverse? 

No. I mean this planet only. I agree with you that, anything based in randomness must, eventually revert to the mean.

in the human race I think there is still balance but it wouldn't make cents like 2 homeless ppl sharing their last sandwich and a ceo laying off 10,000 ppl to maximize profits! um but the human race as a whole seem more of a paracite
