So I helped to demolish my late grandpa's hippy beach house last week. Im sad to see it go but there's a bittersweet element to laying to rest a house that my grandpa and my uncles built from the ground up.

Even better is that it was a total hippy spot. And my grandpa was most definitely NOT a hippie.

I will say that doing hard labor for free because its family might be good for the soul, it however doesn't pay any bills.
