Hmmm....the new look of the site....it's kind of like buying a new pair of boxers, putting them on when you are drunk, and trying to find your weiner when you are on the verge of pissing yourself....sadly....thumbs down.
Moving on...I had planned to post a poem as my update while the site was down, but now the excitement has left me, so I'd like to weigh in on something that was posted on the boards last nite regarding that preist who is planning to erect a monument in Matthew Shepard's hometown to coincide w/the fifth anniversary of his murder. It's posted under current events with the topic of "coincedence" if you haven't read it....
It saddens me to know there are people out there, especially people who do such things supposedly "in God's name" that do nothing but fuel intense hatred and cause more innocent people to be brutally murdered for doing nothing but being themselves. We won't involve my religious beliefs in this....as I am not a religious person....but I can't help but wonder if it's people like this "priest" and those crooked "televangelists" that are the ones that are truely evil, and not the good hearted homosexuals who are beaten and left to hang and die....

Anyway, good job on an actual entry. You can just delete it before your career takes off so you can preserve your crazy image.
here's a direct quote from my criminal law book just for you.
"trial judges have allowed defendants to raise a provocation defense in a number of recent cases in which a man killed in response to an unwelcome, though nonviolent, homosexual advance."
a provocation defense is basically saying that the defendant was provoked into killing the victim. and would basically results in a lesser charge, less time served and blah blah blah..
it then goes on to point out some supporting and some contradicting cases...
ok sorry for the super long post. but it's definatly something i feel strongly about and it's just not right....
