Hope things get better soon. I have delt with a situation very similar to yours and the best advice I can give you no matter how happy you are now this"woman of the past" WILL pop back up into both of your lives and it will be harder later to just walk away. Maybe down the road you will have kids with him and be married and POP there she is back in your life! Just don't make the same mistake others have.
